Každoročné oslavy St.George's day z Anglicka sa stali inšpiráciou pre náš neformálny "after work drink", spojený s oslavou tohto patróna. 🍷Naši hostia sa výborne pobavili aj pri "pub kvíze" a musíme uznať, že všetci preukázali slušné vedomosti. Odmenou im boli chutné darčeky z indalo farma od Sascha Carrez. AKÝ BOL BCC PRESIDENT´S LUNCH V HOUSE OF LORDS? Tento týždeň sme mali možnosť zúčastniť sa President´s lunch v House of Lords v Londýne, ktoré organizovala prezidentka British Chambers of Commerce vo Veľkej Británii, Barónka Martha Lane Fox CBE. Našu komoru reprezentoval JUDr. Leo Vojcik, Managing partner advokátskej kancelárie Vojčík & Partners, s.r.o., nášho patronátneho člena. Vďaka tejto udalosti sme mali jedinečnú príležitosť spojiť sa s kolegami z celej našej globálnej siete britských obchodných komôr a získať cenné poznatky od expertov ako Priya Lakhani OBE, ktorá bola hlavnou spíkerkou na tomto prestížnom podujatí. WELCOME NEW MEMBER – INTERPORT SERVIS s.r.o. Interport, a logistics terminal of high importance, received a subsidy of EUR 53,000,000 from EU funds to revitalise and modernise the transhipment facility to create a modern logistics hub. In the future, this revitalised cargo hub, thanks to its strategic location and investments in modern technological equipment, will be one of the backbones of strategic logistics between the European Union and the Eastern markets. The renewal of INTERPORT is divided into three phases: however, it will be carried out while the transhipment facility is in ope operation, with a slight reduction in services, but all essential functions of transhipment, storage of cereals, palletised products, steel coils, bulk material will be ensured.   #britchammember #welcomenewmember #newport Stefan KORAN
