Ready to take in Warsaw's skyline? 🌇 We have signed a 20-year lease for the terraces at the top of Varso Tower with Magnicity, the leader in urban high-altitude recreation. They will open a new spot on the tourist map of Warsaw at this location, providing an amazing experience and a spacious bar with a view of Warsaw. 🥂 "From the beginning of the design work on Varso Tower, we wanted to share the unique views of Warsaw not only with the employees of the offices, but also with the widest possible range of visitors to the building. That’s why we were delighted to sign a lease agreement with an experienced partner that has successfully ensured the provision of unique experiences and safety to visitors of such attractions in popular buildings in Chicago, Paris, Berlin and Rotterdam", commented Cezary Błaszczyk. Work on the new space will begin in the second quarter of 2024, with the official opening scheduled for the summer of 2025. Reviewing our project, the BREEAM auditors recognised its well-connected location as well as numerous energy and water saving systems. To name a few, the buildings are equipped with: ✅ a state-of-the-art Building Management System ✅ energy recovery and demand monitoring ✅ LED lighting ✅ rainwater recovery ✅ energy-efficient lifts Varso Place offers high-spec workspace aligned with the latest sustainability and wellbeing accreditations.🏅

This autumn was full of excellent awards for Varso Tower, our iconic skyscraper in central Warsaw and the tallest building in the European Union, as it won three industry awards. 🏆 Varso Tower earned the title of "Best Office Building" at the Eurobuild Awards 2023. Additionally, it was named "Office Building of the Year" at the 13th CEE Investment Awards gala by EuropaProperty.com. Moreover, the HVAC systems in Varso Tower were given a prize by the jury of the Pascal 2023 competition organised by the Polish Association of Ventilation that’s composed of academics from the Faculty of Building Installations, Hydrotechnics and Environmental Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology.
