Hlavnou udalosťou mája bolo naše prvé VIP podujatie LEADER2LEADER, ktoré sme pripravili ako prvú aktivitu pri príležitosti 25. výročia založenia našej komory a 30. výročia obchodných vzťahov medzi Veľkou Britániou a Slovenskom. V historických priestoroch Zrkadlovej sály sme privítali viac ako 80 zástupcov vedenia našich členov a čestných hostí panelovej diskusie, medzi ktorými boli H.M. Chris Barton, britský obchodný komisár Jeho Veličenstva pre Európu, H.E. Nigel Baker, britský veľvyslanec na Slovensku, Lucia Kišš, generálna riaditeľka Sekcie hospodárskej a rozvojovej spolupráce, MZV SR a Robert Šimončič, generálny riaditeľ, Slovenská agentúra pre rozvoj investícií a obchodu (SARIO).
Podujatím sprevádzala Miroslava Remenárová, naša predsedníčka predstavenstva, ktorá spolu s ďalšími zástupcami predstavenstva, Tatianou Hargašovou, KPMG, Katarínou Pšenákovou, TESCO Stores SR a Richardom Brightom, Jaguar Land Rover Slovakia, odovzdala prvé členské certifikáty v tomto roku.

The main event of May was our first VIP event LEADER2LEADER, which we prepared as the first activity on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the foundation of our chamber and the 30th anniversary of business relations between Great Britain and Slovakia. In the historic premises of the Hall of Mirrors, we welcomed more than 80 representatives of the leadership of our members and honorary guests of the panel discussion, among whom were H.M. Chris Barton, His Majesty's British Trade Commissioner for Europe, H.E. Nigel Baker, British Ambassador to Slovakia, Lucia Kišš, Director General of the Economic and Development Cooperation Section, MFA of the Slovak Republic and Robert Šimončič, CEO, Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO). The event was moderated by Miroslava Remenárová, our Chairwoman of the Board, who together with other representatives of the Board, Tatiana Hargašová, KPMG, Katarína Pšenáková, TESCO Stores SR and Richard Bright, Jaguar Land Rover Slovakia, also handed over the first membership certificates this year.

Iveta Ledererová je známa ako módna návrhárka a výtvarníčka, Janka Lehotského si väčšina z nás spája s hudbou. Na vernisáži sa však predstavil aj ako umelec z úplne inej oblasti, kde svoje umenie pretavil do dreva. Vystavené diela určite odporúčame vidieť na vlastné oči a prípadne nájdete inšpiráciu na zakúpenie niektorého z nich.

AUTO PREMIUM Art Gallery at Rožňavská 30 in Bratislava. The exhibition is open until September 15, 2023, on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Entry is free.
Iveta Ledererová is known as a fashion designer and artist. Janko Lehotský is for most of us associated with music. However, at the opening, he also presented himself as an artist from a completely different area, where he transformed his art into wood. We definitely recommend seeing the exhibited works with your own eyes, and you may find inspiration to buy one of them.
Our host, Peter Dudoň, Managing Director of T.O.P. AUTO PREMIUM also showed Richard Bright, member of the Board of BritCham, around the premises, and Ivona Žitná, our Event & Relationship Manager, and Miroslava Remenárová, the Chairwoman of the BritCham Board were also present.

Základom pokroku je inovácia a rozvoj znalostí, preto sme vytvorili v máji KNOWLEDGE FORUM, nový formát na stretávanie tých, ktorí zdieľajú rovnaký pohľad.
Ďakujeme spoločnosti Asseco CEIT, že túto ideu podporila a spoločne sme mohli uviesť prvé stretnutie v ich priestoroch na Galvaniho 19 v Bratislave.
Privítali sme viac ako 60 špičkových expertov na digitalizáciu a automatizáciu z oblasti výroby, špeciálne automotive. Takáto zostava sa podľa vyjadrení účastníkov nevidí hocikedy a sme hrdí, že to dokázala práve naša komora!
V júni Vám prinesieme rozhovor s pánom Guentherom Meyringerom, CEO, Asseco CEIT a priblížime aj obsah prezentácií.

Progress is based on innovation and the development of knowledge, which is why we created the KNOWLEDGE FORUM in May, a new format for gathering those who share the same vision.
We thank Asseco CEIT for supporting this idea and together we were able to present the first meeting in their premises at Galvaniho 19 in Bratislava.
We welcomed more than 60 top experts in digitization and automation from the field of production, especially automotive. According to the participants, such a lineup has never been seen before, and we are proud that our chamber was able to do it! In June, we will bring you an interview with Mr. Guenther Meyringer, CEO, Asseco CEIT, as well as the content of the presentations.
