11. ročník Girl's Day - 25.4.2024

Podujatie je súčasťou osláv Medzinárodného dňa žien a dievčat v IT, jeho cieľom je predstaviť svet IT a moderných technológií dievčatám vo veku 15 - 19 rokov a priblížiť im, aké možnosti štúdia, práce či podnikania tento sektor ponúka.

Počas podujatia naša partnerská organizácia Aj Ty v IT:

• spojí stredoškoláčky z celého Slovenska na jednom podujatí a zmení ich pohľad na IT
• prepojí ich so ženami, ktoré už v odbore študujú alebo v ňom pracujú
• povzbudia dievčatá k štúdiu informatiky a následnému zamestnaniu v danom odbore.

11th annual Girl's Day event - April 25,2024

The event is part of the International Girls in ICT Day which is celebrated worldwide on the fourth Thursday in April.

The goal is to introduce the world of IT and modern technology to girls aged 15-19 and make them aware of the opportunities that this sector has to offer in terms of studies, work and/or business.

During the event NGO Aj TY v IT:

● Will bring together high school girls from all over Slovakia under one umbrella event and change their perspective on IT,

● Connect them with women who are already studying or working in the field and who enjoy and find their work fulfilling,

● Encourage girls to study ICT and subsequently work in the field.
